  • The Country and City loaves use the same classic Fatherdough recipe and 48-hour process.

    The Country loaf is our larger format at 1000g, while the City loaf is a smaller version at 700g.

    All weights are based on dough before baking. During baking, moisture is lost, so the final weight will be slightly lower. Final baked weight may vary naturally.

    Bread is delivered and restocked on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, available for grab and go while supplies last.

  • Our bread is best enjoyed within 3 to 5 days.

    For best results, store it whole at room temperature with the cut side down in the bread bag and slice as you go. Shelf life may vary depending on storage conditions and weather.

    Refrigeration can extend shelf life but may reduce the bread's moisture. It is still great for toast, grilled sandwiches, or French toast.

    For longer storage, slice and freeze to enjoy later.

    Flour, water, and salt.

    Some products, like Cinnamon Raisin, include additional ingredients.
