Our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Bread is a traditional slow bread, hearty with a thick crust and complex flavors. Made over 48 hours, it starts with our signature 3 ingredients: flour, water, salt, with the addition of cinnamon, raisins & brown sugar.

Naturally leavened and developed through a 48-hour process from flour to bake, our English muffins are made with the same three ingredient foundation as our loaves: flour, water, and salt. Additional ingredients include: ghee (clarified butter), yeast.
Each muffin is griddled with ghee (clarified butter) for a lightly crisp exterior and a soft, airy interior with a classic open texture. The result is a balanced flavor with a subtle tang that toasts beautifully.
